We were looking for an outdoor sauna suitable for our back garden. Nathan was great and showed us loads of different ones but we fell in love with the barrel sauna and chose to go with the bigger 3.5m barrel sauna. It only took about 10 weeks to arrive...from Lithuania ..and delivery and installation was superb. The guys were brilliant and didn't mind us filming everything. It was so cool to see it being put together. Our electrician came a few days later and sorted that out for us and we were up and running that evening. Its so easy to operate and so relaxing. The bigger size was worth it as it meant we had the changing room 1st so on wet or cold nights we could pop from that to the sauna room and back without coming outside. A beer..a glass of wine...and some relaxing music...and a good hot sweat...heaven. Thanks a million to Nathan and Debbie and all the gang. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like their own private garden spa.

Was having some water quality issues. The sales team were extremely helpful. I purchased some chemicals which arrived promptly. So I can get back to using my lovely spa. Thanks for the great customer care.
Wow of a place, and amazing saunas, pools and tubs ... there is a particularly fantastic garden sauna ... hmm. (Disclosure, I was doing photography for the company but a wow is a wow)

Staff were very helpful and understanding for our needs with our daughter for hydrotherapy pool. Tried out two pools and was very impressed.
Excellent service purchased the Hot Tub in July and it was delivered actually ahead of time and installed in 4 hours. I use it every day and would advise anyone who is thinking about buying one to go ahead, get it and enjoy it. You will not regret it.
