We enjoy our time at the Callie! The apartments are very nice! The office is great about doing giveaways, rewarding residents through referrals and food trucks. Unfortunately, we moved in with COVID so we have not been able to take advantage of many of the amenities, but we do love having an unleashed dog park. Residents can be messy – but the office does a great job at keeping up with them.

Roaches, roaches, roaches! I have lived here for almost a year now. I loved it so much for the first few months, and honestly, if it weren't for the roaches, I'd stay for as long as I wanted to be in an apartment. Unfortunately, I have had roaches in my apartment since September and nothing has been done to fix it. Pest control has come and sprayed every month (I usually make a report to the office at least once a month) and nothing changes. I tell the office this and they don't care too much. When I told them I am moving out because of the roaches, I emailed a leasing agent and the manager, to which the agent responded \I understand\ and the manager never replied at all. They don't plan on making any changes and I cannot live with roaches in my bathroom, kitchen cabinets, pantry, and oven screen.... If roaches don't bother you, it's a decent place to live. Amenties have gotten better and the walls are thin, but no worse than any apartment.

I’ve lived at Callie for a couple of years now, and I love my apartment. The location is perfect for me. I’m not a big fan of writing reviews, but here lately every time I’ve gone into the office everyone just seems so much happier! The office staff is so friendly, and they are so responsive to work orders and even concerns if they come up. I know management has changed in the last month, but it’s been a good change. If I request something to get fixed in my apartment it almost gets done the same day, and I don’t have to ask again! I met the manager the other day, and she seems to really care about the the property and the people who live here. Here recently they started a holidays thing, where if you respond to an Instagram post and happen to be I think one of the first 30 to comment you get a random gift to your door! How fun is that! I wish It would last all year, but I’m thinking it must be a Christmas thing. Anyway, this place has had its ups and downs, but I really think the new management that has come in has made a difference in a short amount of time. I hope It stays this way!

I did have the privilege of calling this my home the last 4 years. It’s nice to have to have. “ Wow factor” when you friends and family come to visit and the Callie has that! I worked a lot so I didn’t personally get a chance to take advantage of many of the amenities but they are their for you. I would like to personally thank Sonya and Robert for helping with anything I needed in answers from property management side. I will miss the location I felt it was perfect!

The apartments are nice and the price for the location is fair. However, parking is terrible. Sometimes there aren’t enough spaces and I have to park across the street. The leasing office staff manager is not very nice and often dismissive when I come to talk to her. I’ve dealt with Greystar property management at my last two places and they always have horrible customer service. In my last two apartments they were replaced by a different property management company and I wouldn’t be surprised if they do again.
