The staff and maintenance team here are awesome and I had a great living experience! My apartment always felt safe and it was super quiet. I also never had an issue with packages being stolen even though they were usually left on my doorstep while at work! Would recommend.

Check out the pictures I posted. I enjoy living here. 3 years now. Management is available to help you with any problems you have. Nice gym, pool and spa. Vending machines are available. Haven't had noise problems, which is awesome. It has a gate so you should feel very secure, we do. I think you should check out some of the great pictures I took. We were taken on a tour before we moved in, the apartment we saw was the exact same one we ended up moved into. some other apartment complexes in Tempe don't take you on a tour. Update 6/11/2017 I added a few more pictures, including the kids play area, the Spa, the pool itself, the handicap parking including the ramp, the mailbox area, main gate, and more.
Ovation Tempe has been the best apartment experience we've had. We just moved out, but were there for 2 years. We would have stayed longer, the only reason we moved out was to move into a house. All the staff are polite and always willing to help. Maintenance responds quickly and are professional and good at their jobs. The grounds are nice and well-kept. The pricing is also really good. They do a great job of notifying you when your lease is up for renewal. During the move out process, they made sure we knew exactly what needed to be cleaned. We never had any unpleasant surprises or unexpected charges come up on our bill. Highly recommend.
This has been one of the best places I've stayed since I moved to Arizona a few years ago. The move in was great and welcoming and so was the move out. Maintenance was always prompt when I put in a request and they were friendly too. If i was not purchasing a house I would still be there. Thanks again for all you do.---Crystal Onyema
