Lisle station is a nice place to live. The leasing office staff are helpful and friendly. Also if you have a maintenance problem the maintenance crew take care of it right away. Overall very impressed with living at Lisle station.

Do you like mold, centipedes, and being ignored by management? Would rate 0 stars if I could. This is without a doubt the worst apartment I’ve ever had the displeasure to live in. Mold, infested with centipedes, poor insulation and ventilation, dirty stench, broken old horrible interior…..the list goes on and on. The property manager can’t be bothered to email you back about anything, you’re lucky to get a maintenance request fixed within a sensible time - I don’t know what the office staff actually does all day long, honestly. You’ll be lucky to catch them in the office working, ever. Also you can tell that all repairs are hasty and poorly done, hey, just slap some paint on it, who cares. So about the mold: Now that they’ve installed new sliding glass doors and windows, it isn’t as bad. Still A LOT of condensation that I can’t get rid of, so I would guess the issue will probably come back for the next tenant. It won’t be for me, because I hate this place and am counting down the days before I can get out of my lease. Yes, the location is good, but it’s not worth it. They act like they’re running a charity and doing you a huge favor to let you live in the apartments….whereas you are paying them a large sum of money every month for a service. Horrible attitude. If you really want to live by the Metra station in Lisle, look on the other side of tracks, the south side. There are plenty of apartments that usually have \for rent\ signs out, and just from the outside they look much nicer. Stay away from Lisle Station. They don’t give a flying fig about tenants, they cut corners, and they’re highly unprofessional. You don’t want to end up like me, counting down the days until you can move so that you can actually breathe fresh air.
Very quiet peaceful apartment buildings... friendly neighbors ... nice remodeled apartments ... the office staff very friendly and respond to inquiries very quickly! Overall, pretty decent place to live!!
Crystal from the leasing office went above and beyond her job description to make my move easy and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better leasing office. Crystal was really on top of helping me in any way she could, she is kind and patient and a joy to work with. The complex is quiet, serene and conveniently located. It truly feels like home here. I am very happy with my decision to rent with Lisle Station apts, I will definitely be staying until we decide to buy!!
I am staying in this place for more than 4 years now. Very close to railway station, library, district park.
