Dr Allen is the best, he is kind and patient and talks to you in a language you can understand, while not making you feel stupid. He cares for the whole patient not just the illness. I highly recommend him because he doesn’t order useless tests, anything he orders is deliberate and directed at making you better, thanks for great care.

They are almost always running close to schedule so I'm very seldom left waiting. Other Dr offices I've sat well over an hour after my appointment. Also, they listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I use to go to the DeKalb Clinic and I was always rushed through with the feeling they didn't care about what brought me there. Been coming here for about 5 years now.

I have had several appointments with this business and aside from an annoyingly long wait time, it was decent medical advice. I was generally happy with this business until I asked for information I was asked to provide to a different doctor to get my FAA Private Pilot's license. The doctor was given two weeks to get the information to the other doctor and never bothered to attempt to gather the information for me. He made it very obvious he wasn't going to get it done even after several attempts on my end to remind him to get it completed. On the day the information was due, he conveniently \lost\ the request for the information. One of his employees actually stated to me, \This isn't our issue because we have documentation that we attempted to call you several times.\ The truth is, any call I received, I called back or answered. Terrible staff. Unorganized doctor.
