I am very offended by the treatment I received by Mrs Deshpande. I needed an urgent post-surgery appointment and my usual Doctor was fully booked. My intention was to discuss my complications and get support about solving the issue. Unfortunately, Mrs Deshpande decided to discuss the list of my current medications instead. She told me that at 25 I am too young to be taking muscle relaxants for my bladder, which have been prescribed by a urologist during my 15 year-long treatment at the hospital. She tried to persuade me against my specialist's advice to stop taking these pills, because as she said, I will get dementia. It is highly offensive to be told that I am too young to have such issues. Yet, she does not have a solution to the problem. Absolutely unprofessional treatment and I strongly advise anyone in their 20s to avoid this Doctor. I cannot speak highly enough of Mrs Weaver. She is one of the best Doctors I have ever gone to. She always tries to provide the best support in a non-judgmental way. Mrs Weaver is very understanding and compassionate and truly cares for her patients. I will always be grateful for her support.

One star is pushing it. As soon as I joined this surgery Dr Weaver reviewed all my meds bearing in mind I have spinal issues, connective tissue disorder etc. Stopped a few meds even wanted to stop my pain meds, pain is every day part of my life all round the spine specialist I see even wrote to my last doctor stating pain meds need to be prescribed don't think Dr Weaver even bothered to view my medical records to read up on the spine specialists notes. I refuse to see this doctor now trying to find a decent rated doctors. Dr Weaver does not listen to one as an individual rather as a statistic.
We have only been at the surgery for 3 months, and have had a few different dealings, and am completely impressed.The reception staff are professional and helpful. We knew Sister Sharon from out previous surgery, and always liked her anyway. I dealt with a different nurse today, and she was absolutely lovely.made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Two of the doctors here are absolutely appauling and should not be in practice... Very rude and patronising. The female doctor is unbelievable - she is so rude and has no people skills. The male doctor is even worse. Please try and avoid both these doctors. Both the above doctors need to be replaced. Whoever is in management please look into removing these doctors from the centre. If you look at the reviews of the centre it's very concerning and changes must be adopted to make it better.. 2.9 * is below standards for a surgery it's appalling. This nothing but a family run business. Anyone thinking of joining this practice will be better off joining another surgery..
Been a patient here for well over 10 years and rarely go to the doctors other than when it’s a needed, for example the last time I was here was nearly 2 years ago I needed an appointment and had to wait for over 3.5 weeks, arrived today in plenty of time only to still be waiting for over 40 minutes to be seen.. Not only do I wait for 3.5 weeks I then have to be delayed once again after leaving work early when I didn’t need too. Absolutely shocking, stay clear
