Extremely poorly run. Reception staff are not just unhelpful but often dismissive and rude, (dare I say not fit for their jobs). Wouldn't even see a poorly baby of 3 weeks old as he wasn't registered yet, they literally said no. I would suggest Lakeside look seriously at how the practice manager runs this place. Mover to Jenner who are much more helpful and caring.

Please note every 5 star review is over 2 years old! Incompetent, rude and generally terrible, and that's just reception. If you do get through after ringing 100 times and are offered an appointment with Jo Hercules I'd advise you don't go as this woman is a liar (and pretends to be a doctor, she isn't she's a nurse practitioner -very different) and a horrible person who is nasty to children. Honestly this place is enough to make me want to go private.

Date: 08/10/2020 Absolutely disgusting treatment from the receptionist! Extremely rude and abrupt with no patience to help with my enquiry! All I was asking was information on how to get a repeat prescription and she hung up on me claiming she couldn't hear me even though she responded! Will be taking further action.

Used to be really good, was really nice. Not enough appointments and staff training is definitely lacking. Can't get routine appointments even when a gp asks for one. Treatment of ongoing issues appalling.

I'm so impressed with this doctors surgery. I have just moved into Whittlesey and hadn't got round to registering when my Son caught impetigo. I went there at 4pm and explained the situation, and the lovely receptionist allowed me to register and tried her very best to get us seen by a nurse. We were seen within 10 mins of getting there by an equally lovely nurse. The surgery itself is bright, clean and accommodating for children. I'm so happy I've registered here.
