Great staff, always helpful and they really know their patient's. The reception staff are a breath of fresh air compared to some I have met before moving here, they always want to help.

Had phone call that I wasn't expecting plus phones on silent cause I'm at work and then got sent a text saying my following appointment to actually see doctor has been cancelled. Not happy
Called needing help due to an emergency, was made too feel singled out even though I had never EVER left my medication on holiday before,I had to call various places in the resort to try and get them to call the GP surgery. I am not a person that pretends too loose medication. Steer clear of this surgery especially Dr Weiss. They are condescending and change things even with your express anxiety, PAIN and opinions. Was told I needed to take responsibility for my medication and take a 6hr round trip drive to get them. Very disappointed. Was told off like a little child and he said “I’m going to have to think about this” he then went on to tell me off like a little child ..... after a while he then refused to give me my medication. I’m on serious medication........I’m now having to go cold turkey tonight due to his refusal- my last words to him were ok BE IT ON YOUR HEADS!!! When I made a formal complaint about him to the practice manager he shouted at me Down the phone and I had to ask him not too shout at me. As punishment I have been put on daily medication(controlled drugs) and that he is refusing to prescribe my regular monthly medication. I am very disappointed with this surgery and my Emotional and Physical well-being has been irreparably damaged.
