I had a 15 minute wait on the phone before it was answered. I was the told that although I had been invited to attend the surgery for a flu vacc , they couldn't do it and was sent somewhere else.

As a chronically ill patient, o have received outstanding long-term care from this surgery over the past ten years for the whole family. The receptionists also deserve a mention, as they are really helpful. I hope the standard is maintained now that the surgeries have merged.

Very poor service, receptionist didn't listen and just kept repeating that I had to book a doctor's call online. When I said that I would have to contact 111 I was told that it was up to me what I did. I felt really let down by the lack of empathy. After speaking to a complaints helpline I was advised that the surgery should complete the form which only took a couple of minutes. After three phone calls to the practice I eventually got a call from the doctor.

Been with this GP surgery for well over 10yrs now, you are encouraged to see your designated GP which would be great IF that was actually possible!! I have spent close to 18 months trying to get a appointment to see my GP The phones are never answered, ive even gone into the surgery to try get a appointment yet non are ever available , you just get told to try next week!!!!

Although the practice had problems with attracting new GP's to replace retiring members it has greatly improved again. My own GP is still there and has looked after my family and myself for many years in a manner not to be faulted. Personally I have found the reception staff to be both polite and helpful.
