The apartment had all the amenities we needed. I appreciated how quiet the apartments were, you rarely hear neighbors unless they're outside and your windows are open. While the previous management was in all truth not very good and nor helpful, the new management is quite the opposite. Most of the bad reviews on the internet you can find were under that previous management but I can assure you the new manager is great. She helped us with problems we had from a year prior without a hitch. In the end I can recommend this place, if not for the quietness, the good management.

I actually really liked living here. I was never personally contacted about the extra deposit until I received an alarming letter that mentioned collections. Clearly this is a common issue. Management really needs to be more up front about it. Frankly, the military population is used to things like this, but we can't have our security clearances hemmed up because you can't be bothered to call and explain that there's an extra charge on the account. I'd still recommend this complex to a friend, but with a disclaimer.

This complex is managed poorly. My military daughter and son-in-law rented an apartment for their family when he was stationed here. Manager told them the 200 deposit was for cleaning when they moved out. When his orders took him away, 10 months later, the manager charged them an additional 360 for cleaning an apartment that was spotless. I know because I helped them clean it. I guess they think they can swindle military people when they need to leave quickly. And now after they paid your bogus charges, you send them to collections for “unpaid balances.” You will not get away with your scams on military personnel. Shame on you. That place was perfect and you know it! Maybe if you answer your phones and show up to move out appointments you’d see that.
