Great service from the day I first viewed hot tubs at Oyster, through the sales process, installation and aftercare service. We love our hot tub, we received great advice and it's been our little luxury throughout lockdown. Highly recommend

We completed our purchase in June last year. We first had to create the space to put in the hot tub and Oyster Pools were very patient whilst we did that. Also we don’t have the easiest garden to access and Oyster Pools worked well with our landscape gardener to ease it in to position through our neighbours fence. It was a very smooth operation and installation. The rest is history and we have had many hours of enjoyment. As with all things new, learning how to operate the tub, getting the balance of chemicals right took time. I rang Oyster Pools a few times for help and guidance and the service was always very good. I’ve even emptied and refilled it once under their guidance and all has worked well. So far things have worked efficiently and we are very pleased.
Really happy with our Jacuzzi purchase from Oyster Pools & Hot Tubs. From the initial tour around the fabulous showroom through the purchasing, installation and service visits everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommended :)
I bought my tub here about 2 years ago. I didn't really know what I was looking for but having visited a couple of stores, they stood out as a family run business that didn't just sell a product, but had years of experience and happy to share it. Examples that set them apart for me. They were the only company I visited that recommended a dry and private wet trial in a number of tubs.. A very pleasant hour! I'm writing this review having visited them last week to top up on my chemicals, and asked advice how to clean one of my jets which wasn't running at 100%. I came home with a replacement jet which impressed me as I didn't ask for one but made me feel like a valued customer and still looking after me. My personal experience has been very positive.
