This should be no stars. I am currently living here and it seems that they fix the apartments with housing first and better than the ones who pay in full. I am left with no hot water due to water heater busted. I have been having problems with the water heater for a while along with other issues but I have been patient. I guess it is time to move out soon. Now if I get a hotel due they won’t reimburse me back.

I am currently a new resident at La Herencia. During the process of applying the girls in the front office were super helpful! They made sure to have my apartment cleaned and ready for when I needed it (love the new floor).I am so thankful to the ladies for being patient and understanding. I am very content with my neighbors and the fact that they have a picnic area ,pool, and playground is awesome! The laundromat is open at my convenience which I love. Again thank you ladies!! I am looking forward to staying here as long as possible to make family memories and a forever home (:
It's a nice and quiet place to live and the office people are really nice and helpful
Fantastic with the new changes around the property love the new colors. the picnic area/Playground close to each other, was a great idea, had a good time with my family this past weekend. Management/Maintenance are wonderful/helpful.
Great place, girls up front are super friendly and attentive
