We bought our hot tub through the lovely Russell from the reading branch, it did take along time to come about 8 weeks but that was because of such a high demand on them. We had Ian and Jim who came to do our delivery and installation, lovely guys very noligable and helpful, Ian took his time to explain everything carefully, nothing was too much trouble So far so good hot tub is lovely really enjoying it. Would recommend just hot tubs and would use again. Thanks everyone.

So after a lot of thinking we finally decided to buy a hot tub. After some research we came across just hot tubs and I spoke to Dan. As this was early on in lockdown we were unable to view, but Dan guided us through the purchase to get what we needed. The tub was delivered, and we were delighted. We then hit a snag, in that the spa was leaking. I got in touch and an engineer was duly dispatched to correct the problem, and sadly he was truly dreadful. A second engineer came out who was fantastic and took the decision that the tub needed to be replaced. Sadly, due to the pandemic and issues beyond there control it then took 7 weeks until our new tub was installed, which was hugely disappointing, but we had no option but to wait. The new tub has now been installed and we could not be happier with it. Just hot tubs did the right thing, they looked after us. Dan was excellent from start to finish of what was actually a bad experience. They are getting 5 stars because the products and the service are 1st rate. The bad experience was due to covid. I am sure that one day I will replace my spa, and without doubt I will use just hot tubs.
We bought our Jacuzzi from Glen here almost a year ago. The service has been excellent from start to finish. We were given great advice on which jacuzzi would be best for us and installation was all done in a day after a site visit. We’ve been in the jacuzzi every day since. It’s great for relieving the day to day stresses and is perfect for both a summer paddle or a winter soak surrounded by the snow. We definitely recommend anyone to get a jacuzzi and to buy it here!
Well you know i thought i had already written this but never mind. It was a very expensive purchase but what a great hot tub the J225 is we love it and my granddaughters are never out of it when they visit. we bought it back in July 2017 from Glen at just hot tubs he is so friendly and knowledgeable he makes you feel at ease with parting with a large sum of cash. since the time we made the purchase to today i have called upon Glen many times for advice and he is always there to calm me down when things go wrong like P.H Levels ETC. Delivery from Peter, Richard, and the team went smoothly and with in no time we were up and running, we are so pleased we chose Glen and just hot tubs and would recommend everyone to buy from them you won't be disappointed with the service and it is such a wonderful way to enjoy your garden even in the winter snow looking up at the stars enjoying the wonderfully warm water of the tub and sharing a great bottle of wine with your loved ones. Again 10/10 for Glen and Just Hot Tubs
We tested 3 Spa's. It was only the Jacuzzi J335 that we felt we had the right fit , powerful jets and light up cup holders !! Kids love the sound system which is loud. We sat in it during the \Beast from the East\ and didn't want to get out. Glen was extremely helpful and was able to answer our numerous questions - the same cannot be said of the other 2 places we visited. Thanks Glen and Jacuzzi - Very happy with Purchase
