We have had a wonderful experience with Hydropool UK as a brand, Watlington as a branch and especially Harry as our sales representative on site. Harry was extremely dedicated to ensuring our hot tub was perfect for us, that we got what we wanted as quickly and smoothly as possible and particularly that we were comfortable and staying within our budget. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfection and we are delighted with the outcome. Delivery and Installation was also very efficient and professional - there was a small hiccup with the wrong tub being lifted off the delivery truck - but the mistake was understandable and was resolved quickly and professionally by the team without hesitation. The product itself is a dream and very worth the investment. A big Thank You to all involved.

first experience of a hot tub and they have been fantastic, the aftersales in particular has been great, thanks to Salome Sebastiani , i dont normal take time to write reviews but this is a one off, thanks again
