The staff here is utterly amazing. They constantly hold holiday events: Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas events on top of door decorating contests, etc. and instantly show up for any maintenance requests--I'm talking about within the HOUR. We had an issue months ago about someone breaking into cars and they reacted immediately with police supervision placed in the apartment complex and held a safety meeting from the Edinburg police department for the whole community. It really is heartwarming how much they care about everyone here. The complex is always beautiful and on top of keeping every amenity clean. This is honestly my first apartment ever and they left the bar so high that I know that when I move on to another place, I'm possibly going to be disappointed by others.

Wonderful place to live! Quiet friendly place as well Kept gym , courts, movie room, party room everything you need is here we were going to move and looked around at other places but prices can’t be beat here for what you get at this apartment complex if you ever ever are looking for somewhere and you’re looking for some to be honest with you talk to Jeff he will help you out tremendously do what he can to get you into an apartment and he is always alert in there for you when you need him if it weren’t for this guy we would’ve left and got another apartment complex but we stayed with green point because of him!
Greenpoint management is nothing short of amazing and extremely helpful. Geoff always made sure our needs were met, from the days of moving in to the final days of moving out. If we ever need an apartment to stay back in Edinburg, we know where we’re going. Thanks so much for great customer service!
This is a great apartment complex. The grounds are very well maintained and the amenities are wonderful. Geoff is so friendly and helpful! The only reason we moved was we needed a bigger apartment and there wasn't one available here. We would definitely recommend this complex.
