We have lived here since April and have loved living here! The apartment is spacious and clean with high ceilings and brand new carpets. The maintenance guys have always been very prompt and helpful whenever we have had a problem. The neighbors are all friendly and the location is great. Quiet and peaceful setting with plenty of parking. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because the move-in process was a bit too complicated and some of the amenities in the apt are outdated.

SO MANY SCORPIONS I was stung multiple times and found like one baby scorpion per day. We even sprayed ourselves to get rid of them because the apartments didn’t, still way too many. Absolutely horrible.

I wouldnt give this a place one star but I have to write a review. Find somewhere better to live. They are not friendly. They gave us a move in date and than told us about 10 minutes before they closed the night before we were supposed to move in that we were disqualified to move in and by that time they said it was to late to get our holding fee back. When we had done everything they asked as soon as they asked us for it. The lady gave me attitude as soon as I started disputing this situation and than hung up the phone. we didnt even reach the full deadline and they said we wont get our money back. Pay a little more and find somewhere else to live.

It would be lower if I could. The entire process was over complicated, from move in to move out two years later. The staff does not return your calls. The dumpsters are constantly over filled, the scorpion infestation is a real thing, my toilet was broken for six months, fixed the sink myself and was still charged by the office for the repair, and the was always dog poop and bird poop always everywhere. The grounds landscaping is not kept, a tree fell once and stated for days in the parking lot. They will not show a model apartment before renting because you would honestly never rent from them after seeing the inside of the apartment. My sons room electrical sockets shot out sparks and it still took them days to come and look and repair. The only nice thing about these apartments is the location. Power Ranch is a wonderful community with amazing people and schools. That is the only nice thing I have to say about this place. Truly the most awful renting experience I have ever had.

So I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from the leasing office and have had no luck! I’ve sent 4 emails and left two voice mails and call during the hours they are open and no luck. Makes me think.. if I did get an apartment how are they going to communicate if there are any issues? I have lots of family in property management and this is not how an apartment community should run it. It is not professional to ignore people inquiring about apartments. All of you managers and leasing agents need to get it together. And fix your scorpion problem! Don’t be gross.
