We were looking for a good priced and fairly good build quality hot tub nothing to large we saw Award leisure in our search and decided to contact them this was in Early July just after the first lockdown and spoke to one one of there sales persons called Lewis he’s was very knowledgable and advised us on ordering there new Model British hot tub Westwood we went to there showroom in Dorden in Leicestershire although there were no display models at the time we were shown pictures and specs we were told that there was a 13 week wait due to high level of sales and COVID and due to such were offering upgrades at 50% reduction we made our Deposit and took advantage of there buy now pay later finance which was sorted quickly they arranged a survey so delivery could be assessed and then we waited patiently for delivery unfortunately there were further delays which the team kept us informed about which were not really there fault it was a global pandemic Daniel the service manger and the girls in customer service were excellent and very professional well our Tub has finally arrived and it is a WOW factor the quality is far above what my expectations were these really are well finished and look twice the price and Award Leisure have been excellent all throughout the Hamper was was a nice touch for all our delays we look forward to many happy years with them If your looking for a great value quality product and great service give them a try

Order a Windsor hot tub in may no communication leave numerous messages to no reply when I did get through I ask for a substitute as my dad is dying with cancer and while he was pretty good considering so he could get some use this was delivered in august/sept we are now in December still no correspondence from any of the team called 2 weeks ago left message and guess what no response I am now thinking of going down the lines of trading standards and demanding monies back as they took over 6500 of me for the substitute. One very disappointed customer

Even we had to wait for the hot tub due to lock down . They are very professional about the hole thing . i would definitely go here again
