Moved to Dallas for school and the leasing office team made the virtual move-in process so easy during this pandemic! The apartment was exactly as I toured it online and all of my needs were met. Very pleased with my decision.

The neighborhood is very nice and relaxing. The apartments are very clean and there are barely any pest issues. Maintenance comes the same day or the next day depending on the time of your request online but their service is amazing. They also have someone that takes your garbage out to the dumpster for you a few times a week. Their gym is really nice their pool is always clean. They have a great system of how the visitors can park and they even have a little corner on visitor parking where you can wash your car and clean it out. So clutch! You’ll love this place best place for your kids as well.

The experience has been great. The office staff and the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest improving is when Tye (office staff) says he will take care of something but that is not followed through.

I went touring for an apartment and Taye and Kay were absolutely pleasant. They patiently listened and tried to get me the best deal possible. The apartment complex felt like home and looks well maintained and up to date. Very reasonable price point for the spacious floor plan and location. I’ll definitely be coming back to this apartment in the future.
