Awful management. Unfriendly front desk women. Zero communication between any of them. Useless for anything. Everything is a fiasco. Trash bins are always full and overflowing into parking spaces. Garage clickers only work when 4 feet away and sitting there waiting directly in front of the gate. You want a new garage clicker, that’s 35. Ally behind building desperately needs street sweep and is filthy. Beware. Funk, gunk and layers of leaves and sap compressed into the pavement. Plants all dying inside and around the apartments. Spiders everywhere inside and out of the building. But that is the tenants fault as well, of course according to management. Small black sewage gnats come up constantly from sink pipes and management blames all the tenants as usual. Startling notes left monthly on doors for this or that even though completely irrelevant. Street parking a major problem and only one parking spot in carport for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Shabby paint job inside apartment and the wrong kind of paint so expect paint residue stuck to your belongings, especially in the kitchen. Maintenance workers are nice and friendly but come and go so fast because they are dealing with the awful, inept and rude ladies at the front office. Payment system usually down and they do nothing to help correct the problem. The Management’s Phone etiquette is non-existent. If you need maintenance work for leaks, electrical, gnats, plumbing, etc. you will never have it repaired or fixed. Don’t move in. Run. Run. Avoid. Find someplace better and save yourself the headache, hassle, trouble and frustration. Complete disaster of an apartment complex. No no and no. Worst apartment complex management I have ever seen and experienced and heard of. Even tenants living here for a long time complain about the terrible new management. Run!

If you plan on moving here i suggest you look for another place. There is NO street parking and you are only given one parking spot. The spot you are given will most likely be flooded during winter or under construction so unless you don't have a car I wouldn't even try this place. They have washer and dryers that only work in one part of the complex and are located next to the over flowing trash bins that are rarely emptied. When they don't work you will not get your money back (which is often),.Dryers don't dry and washers do not drain. We were promised a storage unit which was taken down after about 4 months and never put back. Also if you move in here with someone who also has a car you will literally have to park blocks away during the day and at night parking is barely an option. I wish someone would have warned me when I moved in. The actual unit itself is nice but if you like to keep your windows closed in winter you can expect mold to grow throughout the kitchen and bedrooms. Also another thing they don't tell you when you move in is that most equipment in the gym doesn't work and it recently was contaminated with asbestos. Don't waste your time or money here.
Great Management - office staff is helpful and friendly. Nice neighbors -- loving families and a sense of community. Peaceful location -- perfect weather for South Bay area -- always cooler than rest of Torrance in Summer due to location. Beautiful park behind complex. Nice patio space and interior apartment space. Love living here :) My name is Amy -- I am a real resident that really likes my complex.
One of the best apartments on anza, very well maintained and staff is very efficient and experienced. Close to park and school a best place for a family who has kids going to school.
