I lived here and the management is friendly. The maintenance is helpful and work in a timely manner. The parking and towing is strict. The laundry room is great. The landscaping is beautiful. Dont speed because management watches. It's also next to a bus stop and minutes away from resturants and stores.

I lived there a little over 2yrs. Very quiet and safe place to live. Maintenance responds within 24 hrs. I enjoyed my time there, neighbors very friendly. Kristen in the office is very nice so is Tori.

I’ve lived in Williamsburg Estates for nearly a year and the reviews people give are often misleading. Yes, they are strict on parking and I wish there were assigned spots, or at very least lots because sometimes I do have to park further from my residence than I would like but it’s far from a deal breaker. The appliances are relatively new and before we moved in, they had brand new carpeting installed. We moved from a one bedroom apartment into a two bedroom townhouse and because of the new windows and doors, or electric bill actually went down. The maintenance team and office are very friendly. The main complaint I have is that we had a toilet overflow and the bathroom is not sealed so not only did the water seep down into the light fixture in the kitchen but also the neighboring room. The 24 hour emergency staff was able to come within minutes, being that they lived on site, and at least made sure the toilet would not overflow again, but said the full time maintenance team would make an stop by the following day to make sure nothing is ruined. The maintenance team has yet to come by and it has since been two months and we are concerned about the fact it was toilet water. The office has been very good about accepting late payments and waiving late fees with legitimate reasons why the payments were late. The pool is great and rarely is busy and they keep the property clean. The fitness center is small but very useful for running when the weather isn’t perfect. Overall I’ve been satisfied with my stay at Williamsburg Estates and definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in Harrisburg.

Lived here for two years and never had any issues. Maintenance was always very helpful in fixing things, management was great to work with, and neighbors were quiet and nice. My only complaint is the noise: You can hear every footstep from the creaking floor above you and the AC/heating unit is so loud it could possibly be damaging to hearing. I got used to those after awhile and so my experience was great overall.
