I really, really enjoyed living here from Aug 2016 - May 2018. The managers and maintenance team were very friendly and helpful, particularly Rob & Chris. During the time we lived there, occasional maintenance things did come up (as they do at ANY apartment/townhouse) but we were always satisfied with the way they were handled. The maintenance team was quick to respond, and seemed to really care about making it right. We lived in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. It was very spacious for the price. Great location, close to shopping centers and highways, and I always felt very safe there. The office staff had an appreciation event for all residents, which was really nice and made me feel welcomed. If we ever move back to Michigan, I'd definitely go back to Shorebrooke!

Every maintenance request takes three or more attempts to be fixed. After living here for a year and a half, we've had to had the following things fixed: the garbage disposal repaired 4 times, the leak in the basement requested for the repair 4 times, the furnace broke last year and it's acting up again this year and was told they don't know what's wrong so they can't fix it, had to have the A/C unit repaired 3 times, had to request to have the thermostat replaced 2 times, had the upstairs leaking bathtub repaired twice (the leak caused damage to the downstairs ceiling which was never fixed), requested to have running toilets repaired 4 times. The only plus side to this place is the amount of space you get for the price.
