DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!! The nice nice is only till you sign the lease! Unfortunately my daughter lives here with a roommate who doesn't pay her rent! Has accumulated a very high amout of fees! My daughters payments were going towards the rent now their going towards the fees! The fees will continue! SHAME ON YOU MASON OLIVER FOR INTENTIONALLY trying to ruin my daughters credit! PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING HERE!!

Good apartments and maintenance staff. Some of the front office staff are friendly and helpful, but not all. Although these apartments are very cheap for what you get, the curt attitude and unhelpfulness of some of the staff in combination with the crime-infested area makes this apartment complex not worth renting, in my strong opinion. My car was broken into twice. The first time, I spoke to the front office staff to ask if I could obtain security footage. I was told that only a law enforcement officer could view that footage. The second time a week later, I spoke to the front office staff again. I was told that “their IT system was not set up and that nobody could access the footage.” After I returned to the front office with law enforcement officers, I was told by front office staff that “I don’t know how to help you, I just started working here.” Only after I asked her to contact her manager was I told that the only way to access security footage was to file a claim with my insurance. This lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help has completely soured any positive experiences I may have had with this apartment complex. I moved in here because I thought that the new management after the building acquisition would prove the previously negative Google Reviews wrong. I was mistaken. Attached: Image of how thieves broke in. Presumably using a wire to open the lock from the outside. Edit: Danielle in the front office (actual manager) is the only employee who actually has any knowledge of anything. For any concerns, go to her. Nobody else will actually help you.

My lease has just ended a little over a month ago and I could not be more happy to be living somewhere else. I lived here for over a year and was super disappointed the whole time. Me and my partner actually attempted to get out of our lease several times. The new management is horrible. They are unwilling to help and are very rude. When I get my mail I hear one woman cussing and complaining all the time. The area this place is in is horrible if you have a dog or like to walk outside. There is a mad amount of homeless and crack heads that will actually approach you. There has also been a ton of break ins and strangers in the hallways. Tattoos and party’s constantly, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They need to put some work in it’s real bad.

The building itself is very nice, and maintenance is extremely friendly and responsive. However since the new ownership and name change, there have been quite a few problems that have been either not addressed or ignored: - the staff doesn't wear masks in the office during the pandemic - twice in the last few weeks, the building-wide (very loud) fire alarm went off, everyone evacuated and we were given no updates on why it happened. The fire department showed up the first time but there was seemingly no fire. - they decided they no longer wanted to pay for recycling. So even though we have 'recycle' chutes in our building, and a giant recycle dumpster, it all goes to trash. So now we drive to the county-provided recycle bins to recycle.
