Front end staff has since changed and are NOT competent. They don’t take dog safety seriously and tolerate irresponsible dog owners with dogs that growl and throw themselves against the gates. My girlfriend was attacked by two pitbulls while walking our dog. Garages are tiny and parking is a nightmare at best. Our first week in the brand new built apartment we had to have emergency plumbing maintenance. Took three days to figure out what was wrong with our AC and only thought it was a good idea to give us a portable ac on the second night. This is after multiple calls to their less than helpful emergency maintenance line. The chargepoint is down for maintenance after months of issues and the owner/manager refuses to allow me to utilize a normal outlet to charge my car. Not worth the exorbitant amount they charge for rent. If I could break lease without the obnoxious fees and live elsewhere I could. Don’t waste your money or time here.

I like This place, it’s nice. Only issue is with the amount of money your paying you would think to put Lights on the fans so you don’t have to go out and buy lamps, my laundry washer shakes really bad and makes horribly sounds, and the bathroom towel holders constantly fall off. The one bedroom is over priced for how small it is and it shares a wall with another neighbor. My neighbor behind my patio uses drugs and disclosed to me the drugs he uses., so i dont want my patio door being open during the day just for that reason. And the neighbor next to me has a dog that barks constantly! I’m wanting to upgrade to a 2 bed just so my family and i are On our own and don’t share a patio with anybody. But I’m thinking after my lease is up I’m going to be looking else where. And Parking is a joke! Constantly somebody is in my reserved parking spot. I have Had 2 cars towed.

I love living here! Neighborhood is very quiet, everyone is friendly, office personnel are helpful and attentive. And maintenance responds quickly to any calls. One this I wish we had more of us parking spaces just because many people who live here have 2 or more vehicles and causes us to park really far from our unit. Other then that no complaints

I wanted to update this rating and base it on some further reflection. I believe Avilla Lehi is more of a 2.5 star than anything else, but that option is not available so 2 stars is what I gave. I would like to talk about the positives first. The staff has always treated me with respect, even when we have had disagreements (which I'll explain below) and always gets back with me in a timely fashion. The home itself is nice, and I don't have any complaints there. Now the areas where they can improve. The parking here is rough. There are simply more cars then spots and our family often has to park 100 yards away or more, not ideal with children. We have a reserved spot, which is great, but we are a two car family, which this place is not designed for. You can pay another 200 a month for a garage, but if you're already paying 1700 for a two bedroom, you can't help but feel taken advantage of. Another item that I can't overlook. There is a home in this complex with 2 pit bulls that have gotten out multiple times. They have attacked residents and a small dog and this complex does NOTHING. Their only suggestion for my encounter was to file a police report. Problem is I couldn't figure out who the owner was and they advised they didn't either. My neighbor and her small dogs got attacked a month later and the description matched mine of the dogs and I let the office know but they are not taking any action. They simply eported it\. If you have children or small dogs please do not rent here. They allow aggressive breeds, which is not inherently bad, but when there are zero consequence to negligent dog owners, it simply creates an unsafe environment, and puts the entire community at risk. I fear for the day a child gets attacked. Bottom line, if you have children or dogs, DO NOT RENT HERE. If you don't have any kids or dogs, and only have one car, probably a good fit.
