I have lived here for the past year and would recommend this apartment complex to someone looking to move to/in Atlanta. The value for money was the reason I chose this apartment. It was the least expensive housing on the beltline. It has close proximity to many restaurants, bars, a cute donut shop, and Krog St. Tunnel. While I wasn’t able to get the full experience of the area due to COVID-19 I loved just going on walks/bike rides in the area. Lots of murals, MLK Jr. birth home, the King family foundation, Jimmy Carter Center (but further), Historic Old Fourth Ward skate park (nice skyline view), Ponce, and Piedmont Park. On site I enjoyed using the gym which has everything you could need, and going to the pool where I met friendly neighbors. Management was always super friendly and helped me several times whether it be unlocking the package room or letting me in when I forgot my key fob. Would definitely recommend!

This is definitely the best apartment complex that I have moved to. The maintenance staff is great and the front office is quick and happy to answer every question you have. Megan is AMAZING. I highly recommend this to everyone looking to live in an affordable place right at the beltline. Me and my dogs love it!

I was a resident from October 2017 - May 2020 and loved the duration of my stay. The price of the apartment for the square footage and Belt line location was incomparable to the other apartment homes during my 2017 search. I’ve never had any issue getting my maintenance orders addressed in a timely manner. Outside of the apartment amenities the gym, club house and grounds were adequately maintained for such a large complex and small team. Pre-pandemic the complex held events for residents such as free body massages, Happy hours and small giveaways. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and helpful, especially O’Mara who has been a consistent face during my residency. Even now as a former resident I have had to work with the staff to retrieve a package that wasn’t forwarded to my home and they have been very helpful. Cons: 1. The Trash chute is often jammed. Not sure if it is because the complex needs more frequent trash pick ups or if residents are squeezing items into the chute that don’t fit. 2. The dog poop bins around the complex often get filled quickly/ overflow because of all the use of residents and others visiting the belt line. Overall, I have recommended this complex to many of my friends that enjoy city living.

I'm a fairly new resident. I moved in May 2020 and I had to leave a review. The staff here are so sweet but Nicole was my saving grace. She was so patient with me and my indecisiveness as I tried to choose the unit I wanted. The Ponce floorplan is LOVE ! I can't get enough of it and I finally live somewhere where I look forward to coming home.

I love my apartment and all of the amenities included but my favorite has to be the prime location! Being right on the belt line was important to me and for the price I cannot beat this. I literally ride a scooter to work and my son rides his bike on the belt line at least 3 times a week. The friendliness of the staff is a big bonus.
