This was a very efficient process and everything was explained in a helpful and friendly manner by Sohail Mazhar The whole process from the initial email for a quote to taking the vehicle over for valuation and subsequent sale was easy to follow and a fair price was obtained. I would recommend.

took a company car in for valuation.... knocked 1500.00 off the original offer. Which was fine..... Then as I didn't own the car as it was company owned I had to get it signed off.... they phoned me daily, sometimes twice daily to ask when I was bringing the car back. I phoned back this morning to be told by a very rude man " harris" that the price has dropped another 1.5k.... he was arrogant and very rude about it. I asked why they had phoned me daily and his words was its nothing to do with him ! Stay well clear from this place...

Appalling service, made an appointment for 12:30, got here on time, still waiting an hour later to see the woman to value my car. Everytime I ask her, she just says 'I'm with a customer' well obviously I can see you're with a customer but you have another customer waiting. She has been in and out about 5 times to look at this other customers car and been with her for 2 hours! How you can expect a quick and easy sale when you're waiting around, especially waiting in a golf club building with no seats! When I finally for seen I had been waiting for 3 hours!!!! And then they offered 1000 less than the online valuation, the car is in perfect condition! When when I said I wasnt happy they added on 600!! Just a big money making scam! Safe to say I didn't sell with them. Stay clear
