I was impressed. Fair price, simple process and all very efficient. Valuation offered at the site was a little less than the one offered online but I still feel I got a fair price - all presuming the money arrives in my bank in a few day's time, of course!

Quick, very easy process. Friendly member of staff, who explained what was happening and what to do. Better price offered than Garage part exchange

Lady was helpful and nice. I booked appointment but when arrived I was told it was cancelled by me. After standing around and lady took details she went off to check details and then came back and told me the value was 350 less than the price online. Total waste of time and your better off selling private, so took the car home again as I would get 1,000 more selling private. Why put more money in the pockets of these companies.

Terrible!! Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time with my parents so I had a lift home (office is 40 minutes drive from my home). Immediately found the representative was a jobsworth who wanted to air his authority! The lady next to me was still waiting to be seen an hour after her appointment time. So I waited an hour while she was dealt with (there was only one man working) he knocked her price right down! My turn finally, to be told that because I have a private number plate he can't buy my car unless I don't want to keep my number plate. There's no way we buy any car are having my personalised plate for sod all so they can sell it for 350 plus it was a wedding anniversary present! He basically told me I have to go away & sort out the number plate transfer before he'd do anything. I was not forewarned about this! I spoke to someone on the phone prior to my appointment who didn't mention it. It's obviously a private plate as the car is an 18 reg with an 04 reg plate on it. I'm so upset that myself & my parents had our time & money completely wasted! I have checked the website & you have to go searching to find information about a private plate. This should pop up before you even get your quote! The lady ahead of me actually said he'd done the same thing to someone before her too!

Seller BEWARE I Sold my car on Thursday 30/7/20 I paid the fee so that the money was in my bank the next day Friday 31/7/20. ON FRIDAY NO money. I WAS TOLD ON SATURDAY MY CAR HAD BEEN PICKED UP BY BRITISH CAR AUCTIONS without We buy any car operative uploading the V5. MONDAY 3/8/20 STILL NO PAYMENT AND NO CAR. WE BUY ANY CAR HAVE PUT THE INVOICE ON HOLD. THIS IS NO FAULT OF MINE. THIS IS FRAUD MY CAR HAS GONE GOD KNOWS WERE. PROBABLY FOLLOWING MY MONEY. The end of the day Monday I just checked again. NO MONEY I'm a pensioner with ill health, I decided not to drive any more. I have a husband with Dementia. I need this like a hole in the head. By the way my car is only 2 years old. So its high value.
