Very disappointed!! Once I got to the depot with the car they made a large reduction in the initial on line valuation based on some very minor stone chips to front of car. I work in the motor trade and this car was way better than most cars for the mileage covered. Despite the car covering 36,653 miles they expected No stone chips to be present. The mileage on the day was 653 more than the 36,000 I had recorded. Another reason for them to reduce the valuation. This company is exploiting vulnerable desperate people and trapping them into submission to accept a lower price. I walked away retaining my car, disgusted at the morality of this company. BE AWARE !!!

Friendly staff, fair price offered for car and very quick service. Only negative is that I booked online for a 930 appointment, unaware that they book 2 customers per slot. Annoying when you arrive on time but then have to wait half an hour. Would have given 5 * otherwise.

I've just been to we buy any car kings Lynne the starting price was encouraging but omg there finished price was not a quarter of what they offered bit off advice stay well clear this is a rip off buying place don't be taken by these money making companies you will get more in a scrap yard than they offer very disappointed

You have to be really desperate to sell to these rip off merchants , the price they quote is knocked down by hundreds for a couple of stone chips , then they tried to charge a add min fee of 75 so I just walked away, this company really leaves a bad taste, avoid !

Tried to rip me off to the tune of nearly a grand for two paint chips that had been properly repaired. AVOID UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE. The sales vultures have been trained well in the art of scamming less intelligent people and for this I ask they check their moral compass.
