Dr Hussen rocks! He is very thorough and professional. He always adds a personal touch, takes time to ask about other things and shows a human interest. I love that! During the eye exam he is very precise and is very good at giving direction for what he needs you to do. I have been coming to him for many years and intend to continue.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 6 years now and I will continue to because the service from the associates is absolutely amazing. They are always friendly and knowledgeable, even when they’re busy they still take the time to make sure I have everything I need and I’m happy with my decisions. They always try to get me the best price possible and I never feel pushed for add ons or anything.

I was very pleased with the selection. However, One criticism I'd have would be that I would've liked to have been notified there were less expensive frames available in another section earlier during the selection process. After getting a quote of how much it would cost, I suggested that I may have to return the next week because funds may be too tight for me at that moment in time, that's when this less expensive section had been made aware to me of which the frames were almost identical in appearance to the ones I had picked out from the more expensive section, but it was not a brand name like Oakley or Polo etc. I don't really care about big brand names myself and this was my first experience picking out frames. The service I received was very warn and friendly, and the experience was top notch. I would go back again.

Lencrafters is a great place to buy glasses. The staff are very helplful and are good at helping you choose the frames that suit your face. I highly recommend them.
I had a great time picking out a new pair of glasses here. Ana was very nice and welcoming, as well as being very knowledgable! I was surprised that they let you take the frame from sunglasses and put in normal lenses, which is what I ultimately did. I'll be going back to pick them up in 2 weeks and hope to see the same staff members :)
