So after weeks of going to contact lense appointments and trying different types, today they tell me the only reason they tried the other type is that they didn’t have stock of the one I had in the past, but now they have the right ones In stock they can give me them, what a waste Time! they also tell you after all this time to get onto the contact plan you have to pay 3months upfront, whilst wasting my time at all my appointments when they could have just me the truth not once did any member of staff tell me you have to pay 3 month’s upfront!

Supermarket sweep tactical money grab. Not cheap not cheerful. Designer frame that get cheep and more flimsy by the year. My old glass much better designed Replay have gone cheaper rubbish. Designer now have very basic hinges and are more expensive. My wife was told she had MD and she went back to ask is wet or dry MD because she was so worried. Her mother went blind with it. To be told by another optometrist that there was nothing wrong with her eyes. The place is a joke. 10
