Too busy took over 2 hours to get glasses prescribed for my daughter & I. It was like being crammed into a can of sardines even tho its lockdown!! Staff were nice tho totally rushed off their feet. The kids glasses are half useless as the designs are based on adult faces so my daughter never gets the pair she wants. Staff have a hard time with this. Not enough to choose from on a budget either.

I had an appointment for a sight test yesterday and am very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of all the staff that I encountered. I received a warm welcome on arrival and was promptly directed to use the hand sanitizer. Registering my details and all elements of the sight test were carried out swiftly and staff helped me choose new glasses whilst adhering to Covid 19 regulations. Staff were so knowledgable of their stock that I told them I’ve never chosen a pair of glasses so quickly! Can’t praise the team enough!
