Firstly, I booked online which was such a simple process compared to what I had used previously with another opticians. Straight forward and did the job. Secondly, I had the phone call, which I was advised of when booking and the member of staff was very friendly and polite. Fully informed of what I needed to do when in store with regards to hygiene linked to covid. Thirdly, when at the store I was greeted pleasantly and professionally and Sarah, who conducted the eye exam, was really lovely.... she explained everything in lay man's terms and I felt really reassured and confident as the science was there to back it all up. What I was most impressed with was that Sarah wasn't trying to get me to purchase glasses but genuinely focused on my eye health. Throughout the whole process, I felt the customer service was genuine and highly professional. This branch was recommended by a colleague and I'm so happy I switched over (my previous opticians weren't bad but this branch were great!) I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Social distancing and hand sanitizer is in place and staff were properly attired with face masks and scrubs. Every one was very helpful.

All OK specsavers and staff following guidelines some customers seemed to think because they had already had virus they did not need to follow guidelines.
