I've just put my wife off using these following my experience two years ago. Diagnosed with a cataract, the optician refused to accept that my condition was not too serious to drive a PCV vehicle. This I proved wrong by a simple internet check and a visit to the much better independent optician on the High Street. Specsavers still owe me around 200 in lost earnings. Avoid.

Ordinarily I always favour independent businesses, but for me this opticians cannot be faulted on value for money, design or aftercare. Staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to help you find your best fit! Naomi in particular is wonderful, she ordered frames that weren't stocked in the shop in for me based on what I described I was looking for and they were PERFECT. Really personal service, I highly recommend.
