Let me start by saying I was a first time car buyer so this experience could be a bit intimidating coming in. When it came to purchasing a vehicle, I’ll be honest, I did have my eye on another vehicle and had visited a couple different dealerships before stopping at this one. THIS ONE, by far has the BEST customer service. My sales rep was Natalia and she was the most attentive. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and she took care of my every concern. She wasn’t pushy, she was patient, kind and informative. She even did one better and brought Matt over from finance. Between Natalia, Matt & Donnie I was well taken care of. All three of them had knowledge within their department and helped me each step of the way. Whether it was Natalia with finishing a vehicle, Matt with making a deal or Donnie when it came to viewing my contract. No question was a dumb question. I’d definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. From start to finish. I’m now a first time car owner
