I was looking for a new Volkswagen and found the exact spec I was looking for at Harte. I reached out to the sales department on a Sunday and was happily greeted by Bruce Williams. He immediately sent actual pictures of the specific car I was looking for with all details before I made a trip to see it in person to see it, and made a deal that day. My previous 2019 GLI was totaled on a Friday night and by the following Monday night I was driving home in a replacement 2019 GLI. The team at Harte VW was incredibly flexible and straight to the point with getting me set up in a replacement vehicle at a great price compared to their competitors in CT. A huge shout out to my sales rep Bruce who built a great rapport right off the bat and made sure I was confident in the vehicle I was purchasing and took all the dread out of visiting a dealership to fill out paperwork. That paperwork was also almost painless to get through in comparison to other dealerships and I was driving home from the dealership within an hour of my arrival!
