Let me start of by saying thank you to the staff for making my car shopping experience great. I came all the way from Illinois multiple times to buy here. Prior to Hall I went to VW of Downtown Chicago twice and basically walked out with my wallet missing. I had the pleasure of working with Mike. He took me through several cars, was super patient with a VERY picky customer, and didint push me into a sale. I changed my mind on my first choice the day prior to buying it and he finally introduced me to an amazing TDI that I would not have known existed otherwise. I feel head over heels for it. I can not stress enough how helpful and amazing he is at his job. I also got the pleasure of work with Bruce, who unlike the guys at Downtown Chicago, took the time explained the warranties to me properly, made sure I had gap insurance and didint sell me trash I didint need. The last dealer I saw did the exact opposite, pushed me, sold me stuff I didint need, and didn't give me gap... my car was destroyed by an arsonist and now I owe. Lastly I really want to give Michelle a thank you aswell. Her personality is super upbeat and refreshing. She is a real pleasure to speak with and an amazing source of information. After speaking with her, we will definitely be returning to check out the Taos once it comes out in 2022. I completely understand why she is in customer relations. If you are looking to purchase a car. Im am personally a 3x VW owner, I love the cars. When I'm in the market again I will surely come to Hall VW first of all. Oh and not to forget, their prices are really good didint even need to haggle on the price.

We just bought our daughter her first car - Hall Volkswagen was fantastic in the process. Eric Parsons, from the Internet Sales group was amazing - he was as excited to be a part of this surprise for our daughter as we were as parents. They worked with us to make sure the car was just perfect, and that the deal was perfect also. This will NOT be the last car we buy from Hall - incredibly easy process, we were out the door in less than an hour - a new record for us in buying a car.
