I recently bought a new truck from I-5 motors in Fife, WA, and the whole experience was a nightmare. When my wife wanted a new car, I was hesitant to interact with another dealership. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! The crew at Teton Volkswagen was awesome! Every salesman is supposed to be friendly, but Julio genuinely means it. I let him know where we needed to be on purchase price and on payments from the beginning, and there was no BS about trying to up-sell us to another car. Monty in finance was able to secure us an extended warranty on our used vehicle for a very, very reasonable price. I was honestly blown away by the whole experience. I’m a school teacher, and before I pulled the trigger on the new car, I reached out to our district mechanic who is never afraid of giving a frank opinion. When I told him that we were buying from Teton Volkswagen, he said “go for it, I’ve bought a few cars from them and they’re great”. If you are on the hunt for a new or used car, you simply can’t do better than the kind, professional, and humorously friendly service at Teton Volkswagen. We have bought three cars at Teton VW now and have had EXCELLENT service every time. When you walk into the building you will pick up on a happy vibe. Everyone is genuinely friendly with a smile on their face. They are very knowledgeable on the cars and you don't feel pressured. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Also VW is always having great deals and they are fantastic cars.
