I recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home. The area is beautiful. Management and maintenance are amazing and are great at communicating with you. They do a spectacular job keeping the complex clean. Definitely 5/5 stars. Will be telling all of my friends moving to the Ahwatukee area to live here!

Good apartment until you move out: It was great when managed by PB Bell. Then in 2015 new management came in it started going downhill. The parking lots and walkways weren't regularly cleaned, leaves weren't blown in the winter time as much. On top of that the office staff was not as friendly as the previous staff, but that isn't the kicker. 6 months later after i had moved out i get a letter in the mail stating I owe 600 dollars due to the management needing to paint and replace the carpets which were in normal wear and tear condition when i had left as well as replacing the counter tops and who knows what else. Seems like i'm paying for their own benefit in refurbishing the apartment as I left in pretty much the same condition I got it as. Of all the apartments I have lived, which is many I might add, Vista Sureno has been the only one to charge me for anything besides rent. Below are pictures I took when I moved out, see for yourself.
Love where I live Amanda my property manager is the best. Always smiling and willing to help in anyway. Matt is always welcoming and eager to help in place of her. They are great people. Best rental experience I have had.
This apartment complex is amazing. It’s super neat and clean around the apartments as far as the maintenance. The individual apartments are beautifully modern and the managers are amazing and super helpful! Would recommend!
I lived here from 2010-12 and there were always issues! Water was down, literally, once a wk & there were emergency floods, shutoffs, etc. Once, my bathroom flooded from the neighbors above me and there was sewage seeping into my carpets. A month later, I had mushrooms growing INDOORS! I am serious! No compensation or appropriate action was taken at the time. It's been about 7 yrs, and I am back. To my horror, there are STILL water shut offs, unfinished construction, and it STILL takes a solid 3-5 minutes to achieve *warm* water. Maintenance needs to prioritize. Get off the meth and finish the water already! Haha seriously!! Parking has become impossible. A guest of mine had to park at the Dairy Queen. How embarrassing. Another guest had their car towed within 30 minutes. I have seen the tow truck lurking around after dark, just hoping to catch an unsuspecting victim in the wrong place. Its pathetic. There is no longer on site security. I've witnessed unattended children being loud, throwing rocks, vandalizing property. There have been few if any upgrades to the the units since I had lived here previously. The \golf course\ next door is now an abandoned wasteland and the lake has been drained. What a view! I should have learned my lesson the first time. It's the cheapest complex in Ahwatukee for a reason!
