Run and don’t look back....don’t be fooled by the “security” gate, the pool or the clubhouse. The customer service here is horrendous. Porsche needs to learn how to talk to people in a professional manner. She needs some management and customer service training fast or perhaps its too late for that. Questar, the management company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing her to treat people so horribly because she detracts from the beauty and “serenity” they advertise about the complex.

If you are looking for peace of mind and confidence you’ll love where you live, then the Villas at Dorsey Ridge is the right choice. Porsche, the Property Manager is incredible. The Leasing Team are true professionals and are caring and consistent in their work. In addition, the maintenance team is on-point and timely in their response to any questions or concerns. The Villas and the team have been a blessing to our family and we can’t recommend this community more.

Save your money and live somewhere else.... Management is unresponsive and condescending when a simple issue is brought to their attention. Had several things go wrong that could have been handled decently by the right person, but was never greeted with any decency. Not worth it for the price and they stuck me with BS charges upon checkout and offered confusing/poorly written explanation to put the icing on the cake which provoked me to leave this review.

Property is over priced for the type of customer service they give. They are very rude. The worst part about it is that I went in to introduce another person to the property but they were turned off by how nasty the leasing office was to them.

Moved almost a year now, finally recovering from all the mold. My health has improved, had to buy a new mattress, wash everything multiple times to get rid of the mold, threw out countless art supplies and shoes. Their idea of solving the problem was having me run a dehumidifier 24/7. They paid for my dry-cleaning but nothing else. For the record mold comes in a variety of colors and just taking photos doesn't prove anything. As I was leaving a maintenance guy said there were apartments worse than mine. The day I left there was a mold removal company at an apartment in the same building as mine. Take note of the man made pits around the buildings those are there to prevent folding, seems the building is built in a swamp. Oh they used that as a reason why there was high humidity in the apartment. So I guess this place is prone to mold, should have read that in the contract. Don't live here if you care about yourself and your belongings. Maybe it's fixed now but I wouldn't take that chance. The mold issue was one of many disappointments of this place. The clothes washer didn't was clothes. Had to do multiple cycles to get small loads of clothes clean. The cabinet's were extremely cheap. Due to the humidity the bamboo floors warp. My gate code never worked and neighors would park in fire lanes. People would smoke on their balconies. My neighbor across the way would hang her laundry out to dry even though it wasn't aloud. I had slugs in my living room and ants in the bathroom. Best decision I ever made was leaving this place.
