Maintenance is always on top of things, quicker than expected always. If it wasn't for the pandemic, my wife and I would have baked goods and refreshments for them every time they came over. They are all polite, professional, and punctual.

Aspen Place is great! I just moved back September 2020 and my experience with everyone has been phenomenal. They have had to do work in my kitchen and made sure it was done and completed in a timely manner and paid for dinner for myself and children cause I couldn’t use my kitchen. Maintenance always responds quick. My experience with Keon (maintenance staff) was pleasant, he was polite and efficient. The leasing agents and staff are always helpful and informative of different tools and resources offered through the community and their own clubhouse! Michelle, Jordan and Ashley are all amazing (I believe I that’s the young ladies name in the club house office) The gym is always clean and sanitized, and you can schedule your own time to work out in private (by favorite part about the whole place lol). I love the atmosphere and the ponds around the place to take walks with my children or on my own. The appliances are up to date, rooms are spacious, great closet space and they have real fire places lol. Check them out, you won’t be stationed!
This place is amazing very friendly management staff Ashley Jordan and Michelle are doing great job keeping this complex number 1 in the area safe and clean they are helpful quick problems solving I definitely recommend this beautiful complex to friends and family that's why I'm here for 8 years and i'm planning to stay more Thank you for the great work Ashley and the entire Aspen team .
I gave a #3 rating because I feel the work order was incomplete. The exterminator came & sta5ed he would be back in a week to remove the giant spider webs off the porch. I'm scared of spiders so I'm not touching it. He didn't show up last Monday as promised maybe he will today. My door & light fixture could use another spraying for the bugs/insects. I have another work order that has been pending for over a week. I have not heard from management or maintenance. I have gotten an air purifier to help with my breathing in the apartment. I can't that work order rating is a zero as of today.
