I lived here for 3years and my stay here was nice and maintenance staffs and Manager Chris was very nice. There was temporary manager Shanita McCorkle, she was very rude and cheated me, which resulted me to pay more than 2months of lease breaking fee. She never wear mask inside the office during covid period. Due to covid i didnt report bath tub issue (top layer was coming out due to usage) and ended upon not getting my security deposit and paying 400 fine. Hopefully management understands this is not fair during pandemic time,

Hampton Manor apartments are the best value in the Cockeysville area. We have lived in a few different complexes managed by other companies and have done tours at almost all of the complexes in the area. Hampton Manor, by far, was the “best kept secret”! We got a newly renovated 2 bedroom for a very reasonable cost. It had a great look to everything, awesome faux wood floors, new carpet, new cherry cabinets, new grey granite counters, new stainless appliances, and beautiful large window/sliding door to a great balcony that overlooked woods/stream. Other GREAT benefits included (but not limited to) the flexible pet policy (I don’t believe they had breed restrictions but if you do have a dog often found on the restricted list, you could probably work it out), a dog park, a pool, a fitness center, playground, and plenty of parking. We loved the community and made friends with a lot of neighbors. We were lucky to live right below one of the awesome maintenance guys, Steve, who was always ready to lend a hand! Maintenance requests typically were handled quickly. Amanda and Chris were always fantastic people to work with in the leading office and available to help with any question or concern. We couldn’t recommend Hampton Manor more! We loved the neighborhood and community so much we eventually purchased a townhouse just two streets over and still walk our dog through the complex to say hi to our old neighbors. Because it is a small, in demand, community - check them out sooner than later! We had a friend or two miss out on moving here because they waited too long and needed an apartment sooner than one would come available. You won’t regret it!

I've lived in multiple complexes in the Cockeyesville area and this is by far the best. Yes the buildings are older, however, the maintenance crew are fantastic and management is quick to respond. The complex is a little more secluded and quiet than others in the area. It's not uncommon to see rabbits, foxes, blue jays, cardinals, deer and other wildlife in the area. Hampton manor is by far the friendliest when it comes to pets. they allow large dogs and have a good size dog run too. You'll meet most of residents out walking their dogs and this makes the community very friendly. This has been one of the best apartment experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend Hampton Manor to anyone looking in the Cockeysville area.

Only live here if you enjoy a 90 degree third floor apartment. Air conditioner has been broken for 11 days. They said it’s equivalent to a stove being broken and they’ll fix it when they can. They won’t prorate rent even though the apartment is unlivable. The woman on the phone she still has to pay her mortgage even if her AC is broken so my family still has to pay rent, but last time I checked rent included working appliances and a mortgage doesn’t. The management is also rude and I wouldn’t live here if it was free. I’d leave 0 stars if it was possible.

I've been living here for about a month now and I have to say that this is a fantastic apartment complex! I'm usually extremely particular about where I live but I love my apartment. Great square footage for the price and close to everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and everyone I've met has been extremely friendly, particularly the staff in the leasing office. A nice quiet neighborhood and I would definitely recommend this place! Also don't be put off by all the ratings online about peoples cars being towed unnecessarily. Make sure you have your tag placed in your windshield on the bottom of the drivers side and you won't have any issues.
