Gary and Jerry are very knowledgeable about pellet stoves. When you call , Gary get back to you. He has tremendous respect for his clients and ALWAYS does his best to take care of your needs quickly . He is great at diagnosing the cause of your issue and goes to great lengths to solve the problem. His prices are very fair and he takes great care to clean up after himself. It is a pleasure to deal with such a capable, knowledgeable , and fair man. I strongly recommend him to you for any of your fireplace, wood stove, and pellet stove needs.

I needed to have two fireplaces installed and couldn't find anyone who could do the job. Not only did Gary replace the fireplaces he also completed the inside work, replaced the 'chase' that holds the fireplaces. One is in our den and the other in our Master Bedroom. I cannot say how fast he went to work and how well he worked with the insurance company to complete the job. If you ever need work done, please call on Gary and you will not be disappointed. He is a perfectionist.

They know their products and do excellent work at a fair price. Gary was very patient in explaining all of my options, from wood to gas fired. His pricing was reasonable, and his workmanship (along with Jerry) was great. The stove looks great, the installation was perfect, and his attention to detail is not something you find today. I would provide their names to anyone who was looking for a new stove, or updating their existing units. I hope to have the opportunity to do business with them again. Thanks Tom
