Very busy place and a nice selection of fireplaces, screens, doors and mantels. My husband and I love the fireplace door, screen & mantle they made for us. Beautiful

Owner was very rude. I called to ask if they serviced gas log sets if the log set was not purchased from them. I own a gas fireplace unit and am having some issues and wanted to hire a company to come troubleshoot. Instead of simply letting me know he couldn’t help me and possibly even pointing me in the right direction he rudely told me ‘I’m in business to sell fireplaces. I have full time service techs and would help you if you bought the unit from me.’ It was as if he was offended I was only asking to hire a company to service my unit. While he may be unhappy the unit was not purchased through his company there is a way to represent your business. That was not. Not someone or a company I would do business with simply based on the owners attitude.

Our experience has been nothing short of great with The Fireplace Store. They really are the go-to place for any fireplaces/inserts and offer very fair prices. The owner Craig runs a great operation and his staff of Jeff and Ed were also great to deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain options and address any concerns. The installer did a tremendous job and was quick, very clean, and efficient. After installation, we had one minor issue to no fault of The Fireplace Store but Craig was on the phone with the manufacturer and then at our doorstep right away to fix the issue. Customer service like this is not easy to find. We did explore some other fireplace store options but compared to The Fireplace Store. If you are in the market for anything fireplace related, this is the place to go!

I visited the fireplace store approximately three weeks ago with my wife. There were a few stores closer but we decided to try this place based on the good reviews. After spending about an hour with a salesmen named Jeff we picked what we thought would be a good fit for our newly renovated home. We were told to expect a call from the owner \Craig\ who likes to take his own measurements. Great! Three weeks and three follow up phone calls to the store later and still no one has returned a call. What a complete waste of time and let down.
