Horrible costumer service. Did not answer my call the first time and when they did answer (20 minutes later), I had asked a simple question and they seemed annoyed then rudely hung-up. Do better.

We recently remodeled our back yard, and a fire pit was just what we needed for the finishing touch. HB Fire Pits was definitely the place to go! Vinny is so knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices are completely reasonable (much better than we would have gotten from the company that did our pavers)! They delivered and set up our new fire pit without a hitch, and we are enjoying it immensely! Thanks, Vinny!

Drove 30 minutes based on the Google hours and store is locked with a sign on the front that says be back in 25 minutes. I assume that sign just stays there because someone else had already written \from when?\ And no one else was here waiting. The door also has a sign that says to call or text, which I did both and no answer during business hours. Also, I'm in a wheelchair and they have a picnic table bolted down to the ground right in front of the front door blocking ADA access into the store. Please let me know when I'm able to come visit your store! thanks. I will update my review when appropriate.
