This was my home for 30 years until I moved 8 years ago, I still have friends who live there, and for the most part I love that place and was happy to call it my home, I really miss living there, don't know why most people make complaints about how management take long or hasn't fixed anything, rent is cheap for some, and I'm sure the ones making the complaints are the ones paying cheap remt, maybe getting to know the right people in the community will get things done for you, I never had an issue when i was there, i knew all the right people and treated them with value and respect.
Nothing gets fixed and everything is broken. My tub has been clogged for months and they refuse to fix it. Maintenance will attest to completing a ticket and close it out, without actually coming to the apartment and check. I am very disappointed with this management office, and will be making further complaints.
It cleaned, good move in area. Wonderful views
