I absolutely hate the process of moving. Too much time & work for weeks, but I need to give a shout out to HATC for helping my transition from Houston to Austin go so smoothly. And a very special thanks to Miss V. Perez for going beyond the call of duty in making sure this was a successful port for me. I can honestly say that had this woman not went beyond for me, I'd be homeless today. Everyone here in this city has been a blessing.This is an amazing city with amazing people. Thank you Austin. waited 2 months for port, and extra 2weeks for inspection. only 1 port lady in the whole Travis county, and only 1 inspection guy name James. the port lady is always busy and never have time to discuss your case.
