I have had many bad experiences with fulton county housing authority but my caseworker, Ms. Brown is so sweet, shes very Professional, very informational, she always try to help with resources. Thank you Ms. Brown for being one of the people of the public that still care, for doing the job you are paid to do. People like yourself get looked over, press on darling the good lord will see that you shine.

Coming to this place was a waste of time. They print a list from 211 United Way resources and send you on your way. I was trying to find rentals and other resources relevant to my needs for housing.

Moved to GA without doing any research on the area last June... After porting to HAFC I read a few Google ratings and became a little weary based on others experience and assumed how much of a hard time i was going to have to the worker here at the location. But to my surprise despite the hard time I was having finding some where that would accept the voucher and a decent home in a reasonable area a gentleman by the name of Mr.Hudson went above and beyond to ensure my family was off the street! Also a month or two ago I also was greeted with pleasure by a new case manager by the name of Ms.Brown who was very polite & respectful!! Ms.Brown was extremely proffessional in regards to my case and she handled everything in a timely manner! I am satisfied with the customer service experience here!
