Been trying to call my case worker Mary Ann Parker on behalfs of acouple things i need to update with her. Everytime i call her mailbox is full and isn't recieveing messages at this time. I have a New Phone number I'm trying to update with them. No Answer on their end. Seems to me like they just like to waste people's time. The woman who runs the Housing Assistance Program Ms. Gale Denton is very Rude, Ignorant and Unprofessional. I've been waiting 2 tears to hear back from them. NOTHING!

Joliet housing authority has provided me with nothing but the absolute worse experience of my life. From the racist/harrasing landlords to the roach infested units does not even began to express my frustrations. In fact today Mark Jakelski look me square in the eye and called me out of my name. If your looking for housing run far away from JHA, All tenants are assumed to be \ghetto\ and are completely disregarded. They don't care about me or my children,
