I am managing a property that have section-8 tenant under the HACA and at times they are EXTREMELY slow in responding emails as well.. I understand COVID situations and most staff working from home and answering calls will be difficult. But responding emails from home shouldn't be and it seems responding an email takes almost a week or more. Also when at times direct deposit are not coming in time such as this Nov month I still didn't receive the rent and its already past 12 days and nobody cares to respond on its whereabouts. How do we address delinquent rent payments from the housing authority when they are not responding at all???

Applied online for all programs and didn't qualify for any of them through their prescreening application, by the way I receive all disability benefits for my income. Surprise, another dishonest business practice by the City Of Austin.
