I have had one to one and group sessions with supreme training, and its a great workout! I attend circuit on a monday night which is really tough but you feel great when your done. I also you to boxercise on a thursday night which is my fav.... all the classes are very welcoming with a mix of people who attend all. As a personal trainer he pushes you to get best results. would reccomend
