I would 100% recommend Steve! I’m someone who has been on and off the gym for years without ever making any progress because I didn’t have any real knowledge or confidence but after 10 weeks of sessions I feel fitter, stronger and so much more confident going forwards and tackling the gym on my own. Absolutely fab personal trainer. Really engages you and makes sure you feel welcome and relaxed. Really takes an interest in your progress and makes you feel valued. Definately recommend especially for anyone self conscious about training.
I highly recommend Steve. Having never stepped foot in a gym I was very anxious about joining. Steve made me feel very at ease and is helping to improve my confidence as well as my physique and fitness. I'm so glad I joined and I'm so glad I decided to have the PT sessions. :)
I’ve been having sessions with Steve now for around a year and I couldn’t imagine not having them! He’s very reasonably priced and really knows his stuff. Always accommodating to push you at what you’re good at and develop what you’re not so good at. He has been always a text away and this support has enabled me to lose 2st in weight and keep it off for a year. Couldn’t recommend more!
Both me and my sister have been having weekly PT Sessions with Steve for a month now. He is very supportive and helps you achieve your goals. Fab job we would both definitely recommend.
